System Allows Multiple Locations to Share Garment Inventory; Company Installs System at Arizona Charlie’s Decatur Property
LOS ANGELES, CA January 27, 2015
InvoTech Systems, Inc. announced that long-term client American Casino and Entertainment Properties (ACEP) will implement InvoTech's Multi-Property Uniform Management System at all locations. ACEP also installed the system at its Arizona Charlie’s Decatur property. InvoTech’s Multi-Property Uniform System reduces purchases by letting properties transfer inventory between them to make up shortages. InvoTech Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of software management and control systems for uniforms and linens, and for laundry operations. American Casino Entertainment Properties (ACEP) owns and operates four gaming and entertainment properties in Clark County, Nevada: Stratosphere Casino, Hotel & Tower, is a destination resort featuring one of the most recognizable landmarks on the Las Vegas Strip; Arizona Charlie’s Decatur and Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, two off-Strip casinos, primarily serve residents of Las Vegas; and the Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin, Nevada, caters to Laughlin visitors and residents.
InvoTech centralizes management of 60,000 uniforms for 5,400 people. “American Casino and Entertainment has been a valued client for 18 years. InvoTech installed its Uniform System for the 1996 grand opening of Stratosphere Hotel & Casino and implemented the system at the Aquarius Resort Casino around the same time when it was still the Flamingo Hilton Laughlin,” said InvoTech Sales Director Oswald Lares. “Today InvoTech automates processing for 60,000 uniforms for ACEP’s total staff of approximately 5,400 people. Now we are integrating all the company’s uniform operations on InvoTech’s Multi-Property Uniform System to centralize inventory management and reduce purchases.”
InvoTech’s Multi-Property Uniform System lets ACEP oversee and manage uniform operation over all its properties, with custom reporting on uniform utilization. The system allows ACEP to transfer garments between properties to maintain optimum uniform standards throughout its operation without additional purchases.
“To streamline uniform distribution to the correct staff members, InvoTech’s system at the Stratosphere interfaces with the property’s Automated Uniform Distribution Conveyors,” Lares said. “The Uniform System communicates with the conveyor system to deliver the correct garment to each employee.”
