GIMS™ Multi-Property is uniquely structured for those clients that operate more than one uniform and or linen department. For both uniforms and linens, an unlimited number of sites or properties can be combined into a single multi-property system. |
The Multi-Property System provides additional benefits beyond those achieved with individual systems. |

System administrators can control all properties' activities from a single location. At the same time individual system users have access only to the information for the property at which they work. This protects the integrity and confidentiality of each property's data. The same type and style of item (uniform or linen) can be defined to multiple properties. This provides management with the ability to optimize the inventory of that item across multiple properties rather than for just one property. Items can be easily transferred from one property to another. Thus, those properties that require new inventory can forego purchasing by filling their needs from a "sister" property. |

| Special Multi-Property Reports available with GIMS™ provide administrators the tools to monitor activities across the entire spectrum of properties to assure that proscribed policies and procedures are being carried out consistently across all properties. Information can be generated easily to show exactly what items need to be purchased for all properties combined, leading to more efficient purchases and greater ability to negotiate quantity discounts from vendors. | |||
