Electronic Signature Capture
Employees’ signatures are captured electronically by GIMS™ when garments are issued. This eliminates the need to keep assignment cards and records and the difficult task of updating those records when new items are issued. Anytime garments are assigned or loaned to an employee, the transaction is validated and time stamped automatically as the employee signs for the garments. This capability greatly reduces the time involved in processing the transaction and prevents the potential for disputes with the employee in the future.
In the past, communicating with senior managers and other internal departments required printing and distributing reports – a time and resource consuming activity. Now with InvoTech’s Report Scheduler all vital information may be scheduled to be automatically emailed to specific recipients on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). This not only saves paper and printer supplies but also greatly improves and expedites communication.
The SAMS™ Security System is totally paperless. All records are maintained digitally. From Visitors to Banned Guests, from Patrol records to Incident Reports, from Dispatch Logs to Lost & Found receipts, all records are preserved by SAMS™ for easy retrieval when needed. Even statements by witnesses and their signatures along with any digital pictures are stored electronically by SAMS™ for greater security and integrity of information.
