We provide all equipment and supplies necessary to operate our systems effectively. We utilize a variety of technologies depending upon the system and the specific parameters of the operations – RFID chips, tags and patches; barcode labels and tags; specialized antennas and scanners; biometric identification; ID authentication and verification; electronic signature capture; and TCP/IP and wireless connectivity.

Installation and Training

InvoTech is recognized as providing the best, most comprehensive installation and training services in the marketplace. InvoTech specialists not only install the equipment and software and train users, they also consult with managers on appropriate procedures to take full advantage of our systems.

The length of our on-site services varies with the requirements of the situation. In addition, periodic re-training can be provided as staff and/or operations change.

Technical Support

InvoTech maintains a highly trained professional staff that provides 24/7/365 software maintenance and technical support. Our goal is to resolve at least 90% of all calls and requests during the initial response and our technical staff consistently maintains a 94%-plus first-call resolution rate. When additional steps are required, our technicians can access our clients’ systems via the internet to correct any user errors and make other modifications as required.

Software & System Enhancements

As part of our effort to supply our clients with the tools needed to control operations and lower costs, InvoTech provides periodic software and system enhancements. We include technology improvements and new software features, often at the suggestion of our clients. All software enhancements are included at no additional cost to our clients as part of our normal software maintenance.
